For sale is a wonderful antique early 20th century folk sailor's art lidded basket that came from a sale in Pennsylvania. Although I'm not positive, I would guess that it came from somewhere in New England. The basket has ring handles on each side and an integrate handle on the lid. In addition, it has been fairly heavily varnished and holds its shape very well. The basket measures about 6" in diameter and 5 1/4" tall, and is in very nice antique condition, with nice signs of age, but no noticeable issues.
