19th C. Make-Do Pin Cushion w/Embroidered Bird

For sale is a very unique antique 19th century make-do pin cushion with an embroidered/needlepoint image of a red and white bird and yellow flowers that has been in my collection for quite a few years. The design is done with wool yarn, and there is a drawer on the front with a clear glass handle, all on a clear glass candlestick base. The piece measures about 6" tall, 4 1/2" long, 2 3/4" wide, and the base is about 4" x 3". The piece is in antique condition, with significant signs of age and use on the cushion, but at least in my opinion, worthy of collection and display.
