For sale is a wonderful antique folk art fraktur watercolor that depicts a pair of unicorns with hearts between them, as well as floral vines all around that has been in my collection for a few years. I purchased it from a dealer friend in New York state. It is mounted on a black background and housed in an appropriate gold painted frame, and measures about 11 3/4" x 8 3/4" with sight measurements of 9 3/4" x 6 3/4". The image itself is about 7 1/2" x 4 3/4". The piece is in nice antique condition, with light toning, but no holes, rips, etc. on the image. It should be noted that shortly after I acquired the piece, it was removed from the frame for examination, and as I recall, the image is not is glued down. In addition, acid free cardboard was added and a new paper backing and wire hanger were added. Please look carefully at the pictures, and contact me with any questions or for additional photos.
