Vintage German Blue Belsnickle Candy Container

Price: 165 including shipping and insurance

Sold by Albion Valley Folk Art and Antiques

For sale is a vintage small size blue Belsnickle/Santa candy container that has been in my collection for several years. Santa is composition, I believe, and the box portion appears to be wood, possibly balsawood. There are what I believe are German markings on the bottom, but I can't totally make out what it says, although it looks like Germany at the top. The piece measures about 6 1/2" tall and 2 1/4" in diameter on the bottom, and is in very nice condition, with minor wear, but no significant issues. Please look carefully at the pictures, and contact me with any questions or for additional photos.
